Boney Kapoor and his daughters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, recently made a significant decision to sell four of their apartments in Mumbai's prestigious Andheri suburbs. These flats are positioned within the high-end Lokhandwala Complex, known as one of the city's most upscale areas. According to reports, the trio sold four flats, all situated within the same housing complex, for an impressive collective sum of Rs 12 crore. As per reports, on November 2, 2023, Boney Kapoor and his daughters finalized the sale of two Andheri flats for a total of Rs 6.02 crore. Both apartments, situated on the first floor within the Lokhandwala Complex, collectively cover an area of 1870 sq ft. The deal also includes an open parking space. Official documents confirm Siddharth Narayan and Anju Narayan as the purchasers of these properties. Previously on October 12, 2023, Boney Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, and Khushi Kapoor made an official sale of the remaining two apartments within the same complex for a total of Rs 6 crore. These flats, covering an area of 1614 sq ft, are accompanied by two parking spaces. The buyers of these apartments are Muskan Bahirwani and Lalit Bahirwani. It's worth noting that in 2022, Boney, Janhvi, and Khushi purchased a duplex apartment in Bandra for an impressive Rs 65 crore.
On the work front, Khushi Kapoor was last seen in The Archies while she will soon be next seen with Saif Ali Khan’s son, Ibrahim Ali Khan in an upcoming project from Karan Johar. On the other hand, Janhvi Kapoor last featured alongside Varun Dhawan in Bawaal.
